The Man From Arizona Makes a Big Impression

Jerry "Fars" Larson, 63, is a guy you'd want in your foxhole or if there is trouble anywhere at anytime.

He's also quick with a quip and, for a former U.S. Marshal and tough as hell, that's a nice combo.

He's had the nickname of Fars since junior high school days but didn't use it professionally.

"Just my pals up in Roseau call me that."

He's a 1978 Roseau High School graduate who played high school hockey for awhile.

"You can put in there we're the 'Greatest of 78.' It was a great class!"
