Altru Clinics in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush Transition to LifeCare

Altru Clinics in Roseau, Warroad and Greenbush will transition to LifeCare facilities beginning Monday, July 15 at 8 a.m.

Both organizations expect a seamless transition of care.

Scheduled appointments will continue as planned.

Medical records will transfer from Altru to LifeCare automatically. Patients will not be asked to take any steps to facilitate this process.
