There was a population explosion in Ross last Saturday

Late last week, Terry Stoe was spotted pushing a grocery cart down the bread aisle at SuperOne in Roseau.

He's a big guy but the grub wasn't all for him.

Mr. Stoe is a board member of the Ross Community Rink and Rec Association.

"We formed it into a nonprofit probably close to 15 years now, and we hold fundraisers every summer and winter to help improve the grounds," said Stoe, a 1997 Roseau High School graduate.

How big a community is Ross?
