Warroad- Charles "Buddy" Wesley Barclay, 81, a resident of the Warroad Senior Living Center passed away on July 31, 2024, at LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau. He was born on May 24, 1943 in Roseau to Arthur and Lillian (O'Donneil) Barclay.

Charles is known for his love of country western movies, building models, and riding his bike around town and recycling all the cans he collected. He was a hard worker. Charles loved his birthday celebrations and spending time with family, especially his nieces and nephews. He would do anything for anyone.
