Shoulder Surgery

Monday came and I received the call around 11:30 a.m. that we needed to have mom to her surgery in Grand Forks at 6 a.m.!

I wasn't too thrilled for such an early time since that meant we would have to go to Grand Forks and spend the night.

I like to find the positive in a shitty situation and the positive in this one was that it was B's birthday. We could take him out to eat on his actual birthday.

He picked Charra's and it was a great meal, as always. Mom doesn't think much of Mexican, but she tried a chicken quesadilla and didn't think it was terrible.
