This Veterans Service Officer Extends His Appreciation

Roseau County Veterans Service Officer Marty Howes was standing in the new veterans waiting room adjacent to his office at the Roseau County Courthouse.

It's a dandy in his book.

He had just turned on the overhead TV and described it as dual purpose.

Ordinarily, it's a regular TV and other times, it can be used for TeleMed meetings with the VA.

"It's a smart TV and I can hook a PCF to it when a veteran has a TeleMed appointment. Maybe they don't have internet, but they can do it online here with the camera and TV."
