The Roseau Volunteer Firefighters Appreciate Your Presence

Make no mistake about it.

If Mark "Bubba" Bernat isn't smiling on Saturday, September 21, at the 39th Annual Roseau Volunteer Firefighters Barbecue at the fire hall, he has a toothache.

He always smiles!

Bubba has been on the Roseau Volunteer Fire Department since the fall of 2000.

"The same year Dad retired, I joined," he said, adding that the best thing about being a firefighter is helping the community by saving lives and property, and the camaraderie he shares with his fellow firefighters.
