A magical Night at Warroad RiverPlace

The winds picked up and the rain came down as the parking lot outside of Warroad RiverPlace Arts, Culture, & Event Center began to fill with the vehicles of those fortunate enough to have reserved tickets for the Grand Welcoming Concert on the evening of October 5th. Golf carts roamed the parking lot to pick up concert goers to keep them dry as they were delivered to the front entrance of RiverPlace.
