Sinnamon Krings, the Promotions Director for the Roseau Civic & Commerce and the Visitors Bureau, put it all in perspective.
All it took was an explanation.
"Letter R stands for the Roseau County Fair; O is for hockey and it is important here. The Number 7 is on that wall, too. Neal Broten wore that number; S is for the sunflowers for farmers.
