Emanuel "Manny" Stuart Rice, 40

Roseau- Emanuel "Manny" Stuart Rice was born February 8, 1984 in Roseau to Stuart & Deborah (Puttbrese) Rice of Pinecreek. Emanuel was baptized and confirmed at Pinecreek Lutheran Church. He attended school in Roseau and then received his GED.

Manny was proud of his three children: Hunter, Xander, and Eden Rice. Throughout the years he worked different jobs, such as custom combining, construction, being self-employed and most recently working at the Holiday Station in Roseau.
