Smoker Is Going To Be Busy

It is the nineteenth of November and the pansies on the back porch are still blooming. Looking back guys that were a bit limp-wristed or afraid to take a dare were called pansies. Anyone aware that they are one of the toughest plants around would have called them something else. It sounds like winter is soon to get real soon and that will be the end of them for the year. Deer season for those lucky enough to live in the nine day zone is over. That is a good thing. With all the soybeans and corn crops around venison is as good as it gets. A lot of them are so fat that they almost wiggle when they walk. Food plots provide food that helps many survive winter. They make an excellent place to start looking for shed antlers from the ones that got away. The lack of snow probably resulted in a few shot and not recovered. That number is probably way smaller that what is killed on our roads. It is now time to make and enjoy dried venison, summer sausage, breakfast sausage, Polish, German and brats. There are also many kinds of jerky that are yummy. The smoker will be busy again this winter. The pictures on the trailcams are proof the population is still well.

On a different note our world of politics seems to be shifting more in favor of Trump. It now seems completely socially acceptable to be a Trumper. Very few if any of the never Trumpers that were going to leave the country or burn themselves up if he won have done so. Too bad! His cabinet picks are being described by many as a “Dream Team”. Putting self-made billionaires in charge of getting rid of government waste is brilliant. Everyone that he has chosen has the right combination of smarts and guts to do the job. The swamp that is much bigger and deeper than most could imagine will not get drained without a fight. As far as the mass deportations of illegal immigrants the blue cities and states that have vowed to fight it should be cut off from all government money. The hundreds that are in our prisons will be the first to go. Once an illegal has been deported he or she can never come here legally. It is speculated there will be a mass voluntary deportation because of that law.

The ever so brilliant Biden administration has authorized long range missiles made in the USA to be sent into Russia. Why would they want to start WWIII? Can our world survive two more months until Trump can put his plans into action? All the lawfare the left has brought against Trump is falling apart everyday. Now the question is “will the ones that brought the charges also get their day in court?” It is past time for many to be held accountable for their actions.

P.S. Yours truly just had one of the last tomatoes of the season on toast with a little salt and pepper. And was it ever good!

P.S.S. Hopefully Biden’s promise of a smooth transition of power is not a big lie like Obama’s was.

P.S.S.S. Why are we the people not allowed to vote on whether or not to leave our clocks alone? No matter, most now are going to work and going home in the dark already.
