Whispers of water gentle and clear

Like life's serenity, always near

Mornings of mist, a tranquil sight

Loons call out, taking flight.

Ah, the summer's breeze upon my face

As I set sail on the lake's embrace,

The sun's warm rays, and golden hue.

Reflecting off the water, sparkling and true.

With every stroke, my paddle meets the tide gliding through the calmness, side by side. 

The gentle lapping of waves at the shore.

Whispering secrets forevermore.
