Warroad's Journey In Support Of Truth & Reconciliation

On January 11, before the Warroad Warriors Varsity boys hockey game with Hermantown at the Gardens Arena, the Smoky Hill Drum Singers will perform an opening song, followed by a ceremonial puck drop by Native American Elder, Les Sandy, escorted by granddaughters, Kaiya and Katierie Sandy.

The varsity boys and girls hockey teams, as well as the junior varsity boys and girls hockey teams, will be present, wearing the stunning new jersey designed by artist Shawna Grapentine. Shawna put incredible thought into the design of the Warroad Warriors Truth & Reconciliation jersey.
