Roseau's bats stay hot despite dropping two

Roseau played against two Section 7AA opponents in Aitkin and Esko on a cold and breezy night at Gilbertson field last Friday night. In the front end of the double header, Danny Wensloff started on the mound against a young Aitkin squad. Wensloff’s first varsity outing was a little rocky, going 1 2/3 innings, giving up 6 earned on 6 hits, 3 strike outs, 2 walks, and 3 hit batters. Roseau’s defense didn’t give their pitching staff a lot of help either. Of the 11 runs Aitkin plated, 8 of them were earned.
