Yesterday we enjoyed the privilege of observing Northern Minnesota loyalty and volunteerism in action once again. That's nothing new to us; during the 46 years we've lived in Roseau, we've seen generous sharing of time, energy and talent frequently. Living in our mostly rural setting, folks have learned to make good things happen by unselfish cooperation.
