Warroad-Richard passed away on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at the age of 74.

Richard James Kuklok was born in Fargo, N.D., on August 2, 1945 to Martin and Martha (Fiebiger) Kuklok. The family lived in Moorhead until Richard was six. They moved to Cooperstown, N.D., where he grew up and attended school. After high school Richard moved to Fargo, N.D. and started working at a gas station as a mechanic.
