Warroad- Michael Powers passed away at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, N.D. on May 20, 2023 at the age of 52.

Michael Shawn Powers was born December 24, 1970 in Redman, Ore. to Michael J. and Beverly (Freeman) Powers. He was born and raised in Oregon and married his wife Terri (Lewis) on June 15, 1991 at Zion Lutheran Church in Warroad. They had two children– Brian and Beverly.  He retired from Polaris after working there for 28 yrs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and being with his grandchildren.
