Roosevelt- Harry Pederson passed away peacefully on June 18, 2023 at the Warroad Senior Living Center at the age of 95.

Harry Pederson was born on May 22, 1928 in Roosevelt to Gust and Hannah (Swenson) Pederson. Harry grew up on the family farm until serving in the U.S. Army in occupied Japan immediately after WWII. Harry returned home to Roosevelt where he met and married Mae Jean Jones on December 30, 1949. Early in the marriage they relocated to Eveleth, eventually settling in Minneapolis where they raised five children.
