Warroad- Vincent Buck was born in Hitterdal on Feb 14, 1937. After graduating High School, he attended Glaskow State University in Glaskow, Idaho. He then joined the Army and went through basic training in Georgia. He was then stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona where he met Rosalie who was the love of his life. They were married for 63 years. He was hired by the DNR and began his career as a Forest Ranger for the state of Minnesota. He worked in Floodwood, Pine Island, Faribault, Lake City and Kelliher.
