Roseau- Margaret Elizabeth Hedlund (Peggy) passed away on August 2, 2023 at LifeCare Manor in Roseau at the age of 75. 

Peggy was born on July 9, 1948 in Roseau to Barney and Louise Ross. She was one of five siblings. Peggy graduated from Roseau High School in 1966. While attending Roseau High School she met Carson Hedlund. Carson and Peggy sat next to each other in Band. Peggy asked Carson to be her "date" at a Sadie Hawkins dance and the rest is history when they married on June 24, 1967.
