Team North Wins Boys Gopher State Festival

At the Schwann Super Rink in Blaine last weekend, a Roseau County contingent played for the winning boys high school team.

Mark Huglen, a Crookston resident and a former Roseau High School athlete, coached the squad that went undefeated.

There was a Huglen connection with three cousins playing on the team - Jonah Huglen, Adam Huglen, and Peter Johnson.

Additionally, Brandon Lund, a Roseau Ram, and Max Marvin, a Warroad Warrior, played for the winning squad.
