A week ago Friday at Gilby, as the players call Gilbertson Field in Roseau, the Rams had a field day in the first game against the East Grand Forks Green Wave.

They hit in bunches, belting out 10 hits as they scored 3 runs in the 1st and 3rd innings and then rocked the Green Wave in the bottom of the 5th with 7 runs to end the contest on the 10-run rule, 13-2.

The winning pitcher was Logan Monsrud, who went 5 innings, giving up 4 hits, 2 runs and 1 walk while striking out 4.
