Baseball Rams defeat TRF, 9-2

 


Some days, a team can't buy a hit.

But on Tuesday afternoon at Gilbertson Field, the Rams enjoyed a hit parade against the visiting Thief River Falls Prowlers as they scored in every inning except the 5th.

Who could complain?

Not head coach Tracey Wensloff, who credited solid pitching and great defense for holding the Prowlers in check.

"To give up 2 runs to that team is pretty good," he said. "They've scored a lot of runs this spring."

He next gave a nod to his winning pitcher, who limited the Prowlers to 6 hits.
