Matthew Russell Howard, Saginaw, pled guilty to aid and abet burglary in the third degree and was fined $260 with $6,562 in restitution, 193 days local confinement, five years stayed at MN Correction Facility and five years supervised probation. He pled not guilty to aid and abet burglary in the second degree and aid and abet theft and the charges were dismisssed.
