This past Tuesday at the Section 8AA baseball playoffs in Thief River Falls, the Rams, facing elimination if they lost, had a shining day on the diamond.

In the opening game against the Breckenridge Cowboys, a squad sporting a 16 & 5 record, the Rams had their own version of Sandy Koufax in Adam Hedlund, who pitched a complete 7 inning game, giving up just 5 hits and 3 walks while striking out 3.
