On Sunday afternoon in Argyle, Roseau's American Legion team capped off a perfect weekend by winning its 3rd straight game as they defeated BGMR, 4-0.

"We played phenomenal defense," said coach Josh Weckman. "Like I've said before, our defense and pitching carried us again."

Did it ever!

"The factor tonight was Paxton Pierce on the mound," he said. "He threw all 7, struck out 7, gave up 2 hits with no walks, and he only threw 78 pitches in 7 innings."

That is as close to pitcher perfect as one can be.
