With the playoffs in Crookston starting this Saturday, August 6, the Roseau Royals ended their regular season with a 10 & 4 record and earned the 2nd seed in the region tournament where they will play the Crookston Reds at 1 p.m.

"We were swinging the bats pretty well this weekend," said Nate Voll on Monday.

That might be an understatement as the Royals erupted for 9 runs in the final 2 innings in Warroad to defeat the Muskies, 13-2.
