Occasionally, parents have to drag their kids kicking and screaming into a clinic or a hospital.

But not a week ago Tuesday, August 2, when 21 children of the employees at LifeCare Medical Center took part in LifeCare's second annual "Bring Your Child to Work" day.

They acted in a play, roamed the facility, and were privy to previously unseen sights.

One of the two coordinators of the event was Terry Lamppa of Volunteer Services.
