A night of firsts for Strand, Boen, and Hougard at Greenbush Race Park

Another beautiful night of racing for the WISSOTA Polydome dirt track series on the fastest 1/4 dirt track in Northwestern Minnesota, as it was the 18th running of the Elliot Baker Memorial for the Modifieds with the winner cashing a $2,000 paycheck.

Twenty-two Mods signed in at the pit gate, and all of them took the green flag. The saying in NASCAR is that "cautions breed cautions,” and this 24 lap feature was full of them. It took three tries to get one lap in and two more tries before they could get past the first lap. When they did get to green flag racing it would be Grand Forks, N.D...
