Polaris recently completed the second phase of a weld fume filtration project at its Roseau plant. The filtration system allows the return of warm air back into the facility versus exhausting it and reheating make-up air with natural gas. The system significantly reduces the amount of natural gas required during the heating season.

Over the past few years, Minnesota Energy Resources and Franklin Energy have worked with Polaris Industries on a variety of projects that have reduced their natural gas use and qualified them for rebates – a total of nearly $100,000 in 2016.
