I have been reading Mr. Russell Walker’s letters in the paper and advertising, to be a county commissioner in District 4 in Roseau County. Mr. Walker alleging Roger Falk saved $230,000 for Roseau County including negative remarks about his opponent Mr. Miller who allegedly owes the government “X” number of dollars.
