Correction: In last week’s edition of the Roseau Times-Region, a letter addressed to “The voters of Commissioner district 4” had the ommision of one word in the last statement that changed the meaning of that statement. The sentence should have read: “Oh, by the way, a county board does NOT have the ability to prosecute anyone.” I apologize for any confusion that this error may have caused.
