Todd is committed to doing his best on behalf of his constituents, District 4 and Roseau County! Roosevelt’s newly paved roads and housing improvement grants are a testament to Todd’s commitment to representing all of his constituents across District 4! Todd is the first and only county commissioner in my tenure as mayor to not only attend our city council meeting, but to bring forward ideas and funding possibilities for the betterment of our community.
