What would you say if I told you that there is a project that could bring many blue collar jobs to northwest Minnesota and $25 million in annual property tax payments? What would you think if I told you that this project would help get our crops out quickly and increase transportation safety? Wouldn’t you like to see a project like that move forward? I know I would.

This project is the Sand Piper Pipeline. It’s a proposed pipeline that would transport oil in North Dakota and Minnesota. It would create many jobs and increase funds for our schools and road & bridge improvements.
