Trails to Treatments Wraps Up a Banner Year

Trails to Treatments committee members present at the supper were (L to R) Mardy Anderson, Barb Geer, Stacy Bierman, Sue Helm, Steve Bierman, Tanya Peterson, Marcie Fisher, Ronnette Anderson, Shelly Staebler, Shirley Horien and Mark Horien. Also part of the committee, but not present are Mike Peterson and Kristi Westlund.

To call Middle River a “Small Town with a Big Heart” seems apropos following last Friday evening’s (October 14) celebration of all those who helped make the 2016 Trails to Treatments Labor Day Weekend Cancer Benefit and Ride a success. Of course, not all who had a hand in the event could attend, but more than 80 people made the trek to the American Legion in Middle River for a “Thank You” supper and the announcement that all were waiting for.
