Mike and Karen Hagen from Roseau were honored at the 79th Annual Red River Valley Development Association (RRVDA) Banquet on March 25 at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
The RRVDA is funded through an annual allocation from the county boards of commissioners in northwest Minnesota. Richard Magnusson from Roseau represents Roseau County of the RRVDA Board of Directors.
