Results are back and Roger Falk was found not Guilty! Now for the real adjudication (a complaint needs no one’s permission to bring a lawsuit against another party.) of 3 Commissioner, one Chief Deputy and one Engineer who were the responsible parties for concocting this BS criminal Case.

The Roseau County Citizens want all their wasted tax dollars paid to Becker County for their legal service and Pennington County for their investigation charges. Whatever the amount this damn well better be paid by the 5 individuals that were personally responsible.
