Gina Wensloff places 20th at State Golf Tourney

In her first time competing in the Minnesota Class 2A Individual Girls State Golf Tournament this past week, junior Gina Wensloff played steady golf during the two days of competition at Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan.

Coach Don Johnson liked what he saw on the first day of competition this past Tuesday.

"She played very solid, kept the ball in play really nice, and was up around the greens all day long," he said, noting that she might have struggled a little with her putting game.
