Workout of the Week - WOW #34

 


Getting knocked down happens every day. The ability to get back up again is a skill that's learned and not everyone has it. Taking the time to unlearn the same old routine of falling down and staying down is something only consistency can conquer.

While talking about the ability to get back up again you might also picture yourself being off or on “the wagon” when it comes to your health and well being. SO many people reach out to me when they are “off” the wagon. Hence why I create these WOWs each week to provide the consistency it takes to break the habit of being yourself.
