Last Sunday in Red Lake Falls at the Tony Sipe Sub-District 9 Tournament, which began on Friday, Roseau American Legion Post #24 had to defeat Ada or their season was over.
It isn't over just yet!
They had their ace, Adam Hedlund, back in the line-up following college orientation, and he did just what Coach Weckman had predicted on Friday evening.
"He'll be ready to pitch and, if we win that game, we are in the district tournament in Greenbush."
How sweet it is!
