What's not to like about two tough games on a fine Saturday at Gilbertson Field in Roseau.

You can't win 'em all, but the Royals came close.

In the opener, they took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the 3rd inning, and then added solo runs in the 4th and 5th innings while the Blue Ox scored a solo run in the top of the 5th to round out the scoring.

Aaron Dostal, the kid doing the pitching for the Royals, went the distance on a 4 hitter over 7 innings while striking out 5 and walking just 1 batter.
