Emil Arvid Barber, Wannaska, pled guilty to theft of a motor vehicle and was fined $585, and five years supervised probation. He pled guilty to third degree burglary and was fined $500 17 months in MN correction facility stayed for five years and five years supervised probation. He had charges of two counts of theft of a motor vehicle dismissed and third degree burglary dismissed.

Anthony Rae Borreson, Grand Forks N.D., pled guilty to speeding and was fined $125. (Badge #1917)

Gabriana Rebekah Brubeck, Clarksville Tenn., pled guilty to speeding and was fined $125....
