Americorps Minnesota is still looking for math and reading tutors for the 2017-2018 school year. At the time of interview there were still eight tutors that were needed and they are vital in order for this program to continue to be successful. Four math tutors are needed to assist fourth to eighth grade students with math, focusing on basic facts with a structured curriculum. Four more tutors are needed to assist in the literacy areas in the Pre-Kindergarten rooms.
