Football Rams end regular season with gem

What wasn't to like about Wednesday's final regular season football game in Crookston? While the Rams fell short, they played an exciting and inspired game.
In fact, with a couple of breaks, they might have knocked off the mighty Crookston Pirates.
For sure, this wasn't a 1-0 soccer game. It was a shootout, a homerun derby, and a tsunami of big plays and wild scoring.
The Rams trailed 12-0 after the first quarter on a 61-yard TD pass from Leyton Salentine to Cade Salentine and then a second TD on a 14-yard run by Cade Salentine.
