Poor Jimmy, his information is so Jensonized (To fabricate, twist or manipulate information, circumstances and/or events for ones own agenda and self importance) he can't remember what he's spouted off about from article to article. If Jenson thinks Commissioners can't be held accountable by Mn statutes for votes they take then why Jenson, were you trying to get Karen Foss to charge Falk and Walker with malfeasance (a state statute) over votes on highway issues? The Board did not reverse it's self on the vote you question nor was the vote challenged. It was made in good faith by...
