These are difficult days for our Country, and not just because of the COVID-19 PANDEMIC. Certainly the virus is life threatening but I am reserving the word, "evil," the immoral, for behavior erupting from, let me say it like it is, the sinful heart. Sin, to use God's word on the matter, is the outward manifestation of the universal condition of the human heart. It is the sinful nature at work and as the apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 6:17, the "...sinful nature loves to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Holy Spirit wants."
