We did it. We put in another sump pump! Now we have four, two in the basement, and one on each side of the house. It is the craziest thing. We put an egress window in last year. These windows are made so you can open them from the inside and crawl up into it and go outside. This makes it safe to sleep in the basement. It has a deep well (probably 3 feet into the ground).
