Two Rivers Plus 'One Watershed One Plan' Near Completion

In 2019 Roseau County, Roseau Soil & Water Conservation District, Kittson County, Kittson Soil & Water Conservation District, and the Two Rivers Watershed District began a joint planning process, known as the “Two Rivers Plus One Watershed One Plan”. The plan is intended to guide these local government agencies regarding broad categories of surface water, ground water, natural resources, and agricultural productivity.
