Tim Oshie, former hockey coach in Warroad, affectionately called Coach Osh, and father of NHL star T.J. Oshie, died Tuesday, May 4 in Everett, Wash. surrounded by his children T.J., Taylor, Tawni and Aleah, significant other, Kathy Katz, and other close family members. Tim served as both the junior varsity coach and as an assistant with the varsity team. Tim, 56, had battled Alzheimer's since 2012.
