Roseau County Sheriff Steven J. Gust releases information of an undercover investigation regarding an adult male soliciting a juvenile female for sex.

On May 8, 2022 Roseau County Investigator along with the Pine to Prairie Drug Task Force and Violent Crime Enforcement Team arrested 55-year-old Stuart Matthew Wojciechowski of Greenbush. Wojciechowski was arrested in the City of Badger where he had made arrangements to meet the juvenile female for sex.

Wojciechowski was charged by formal complaint with two felony counts with five years in jail and or $10,000 fine:

Count 1. Engage in Electronic Communication Relating or Describing Sexual Conduct with Child.

Count 2. Solicit Child or Believe to be a Child Through Electronic Communication to Engage in Sexual Conduct.
